We make every effort to keep our website current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or no longer available, you will be notified.
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods. Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities.

Your order will arrive via FedEx or USPS. If you are unable to receive FedEx shipments, please use your P.O. Box. P.O. boxes will ship USPS only.
Physical gift cards will be shipped the next business day.
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, our customer service may be able to help. Contact us during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST via email at email@example.com.
At this time, we ship only in the United States and US Territories.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order. Physical gift cards are sent via USPS and do not have tracking numbers.
Find the shoes and clothing you and your family need and we'll hold them for you at your favorite Lenny’s store, no payment needed. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout. Reserve up to 5 items per day. As long as the store is open, please allow one (1) hour for us to pick your items and get them ready for you. Stop in and try on your reserved items. We'll hold them until the store closes the next day.
Store Pickup is now available at Lenny’s in Barre, Williston, St. Albans, and Plattsburgh.
Once you receive the confirmation email that we received your order, we'll hold the items at the store until the end of the next day.
You may hold a total of 5 items per day per store.
You will pay the lowest in-store price for the item. Online only discount codes will not apply.
Come to the register of the store you selected and tell an associate you reserved an item. Please present your order confirmation or provide the sales associate with the order number.
You've got a few options! Check your email for all the updates or call the store you choose for Store Pickup and tell them your name and order number.
If all the items in your cart are not in stock in the store you are attempting to pick up from, we cannot offer Store Pickup.
Online Order Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes we change our minds about a purchase, so we try our best to provide options to ensure your satisfaction. All original condition, regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date with completed Return Form. Online order returns beyond 30 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only. As with our in-store return policy, products products purchased through our site must be in original condition with all the packing materials, original boxes and tags must be included with the return. Shoeboxes must be placed inside an outer box for shipping. If products do not meet these criteria, a refund may not be issued.
Simply print and fill out a Return Form, package the item back up and return it to our address: Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel, ATTN: Online Returns, 2121 Essex Road, Williston, VT 05495. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing with refunds going back to the original payment method (your financial establishment may take longer to credit your account).
Yes. All online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase date with a copy of the email order confirmation. Returns beyond 30 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only. Returns without a copy of the email order confirmation will be accepted for store credit only at the most recent sale price. Products must be in original condition with all the packing materials, original boxes and tags must be included with the return.
Our exchange process involves two separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items.

Our store hours are listed here. We are open 361 days a year. We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

- All merchandise must be returned in the original box and unworn.
- All regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date in the original form of payment.
- Returns with the original sales receipt beyond 30 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only.
- Returns without a receipt will be accepted for store credit only at the most recent sale price.
- Red-tagged merchandise may be returned within 5 days of purchase date for an exchange or store credit only.
- Purchases paid for by check may be returned after 5 business days.
- Red-tagged merchandise priced at 50% off or more are final sales.
We accept checks. Please provide the cashier with a driver's license or other forms of ID. Please have your physical address and phone number printed on your check. Starter checks cannot be processed by our check machine. All returns purchased with a check must be done after 5 business days.
We will gladly hold an item for you on layaway as long as you meet the following requirements.
- A down payment is required with a minimum of 20% down.
- Payments must be made twice monthly during the course of the layaway.
- Payments must equal at least 10% of remaining balance.
- Layaways must be paid off within 60 days.
- Refunds will be made only within the first 14 days.
- Store credit will be issued for any items not being purchased after 14 days.
- After 30 days the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Failure to comply with these policies will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Layaway items are not subject to sale prices.

We are adding more brands and products to our website all the time. If there is a brand or product that you would like to see available online for purchase, we want to know about it! Our feet change over time. Our free foot measuring service allows us to learn about your feet and what you are looking for in a shoe. This gives us a starting point to find you the best fit.
To answer this question, we need to determine the purpose of your purchase. Are your shoes for work or pleasure, are you on your feet all day, do you need something slip-resistant? Then we will determine your foot type and condition and find you the best shoe to meet your needs.
All of the protective toe boots we carry meet the ASTM Standards for compression and impact testing rating. Composite is lightweight and won't conduct cold as much as steel. You can go through a metal detector without setting it off because most Composite toe boots are made up of carbon fiber, Kevlar, or other non-metallic materials. Aluminum tends to be 1/3 the weight of steel. It is also a matter of personal preference and our sales associates would be happy to assist you in finding the right boot for your needs.
