Stocking up for the Animals at the Humane Society of Chittenden County
Lenny’s Shoe and Apparel Donates $750 of Pet Food and Supplies to the HSCC
WILLISTON, VT – Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel donated $750 of pet food and supplies to the Humane Society of Chittenden County today during their 12th annual donation drop off.
This donation was made possible on behalf of Lenny’s generous customers through a coin-drop game. The money translated into 279 cans of cat food, 264 pieces of Nubz dog treats, 160lbs of dog food, 150lbs of cat food, and 96 cans of dog food.
“Lenny’s staff are big animal lovers, and we enjoy giving to the Humane Society to support the animals each year.” said Marc LeBlanc, Buyer at Lenny’s. “In twelve years, we have donated over $6,700 worth of pet food and supplies!”
To kick off the New Year, Lenny’s will continue their efforts to support the Humane Society of Chittenden County. Visit the Williston store in the Tafts Corner Plaza to play the coin-drop game. All donations will go directly towards the care and comfort of the animals at the Humane Society.
Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel donated over $675 of pet food and supplies to the Humane Society of Chittenden County. To date, Lenny’s has donated over $6,700 worth of pet food and supplies.
