Skills/Requirements

• Customer service or retail sales experience a plus
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must have a smile, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn about our brands and pass this knowledge on to the customer to help them find the perfect fit

Customer Service

• Create sincere connections with customers and exceed their expectations
• Maintain solid product knowledge on footwear and apparel features, benefits, fit, care and maintenance

Merchandising & Inventory

• Help our team execute merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies
• Keep the store clean and organized

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person in Plattsburgh,  New York
