We make every effort to keep our website current, but inventory availability can change hourly and if you want to be sure an item is available before placing an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If an item is not available for immediate shipment or no longer available, you will be notified.
When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays, weather, or carrier peak periods. Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities.
Free shipping does not apply to Yeti coolers. Email Us for details.

Your order will arrive via FedEx or USPS. If you are unable to receive FedEx shipments, please use your P.O. Box. P.O. boxes will ship USPS only.

Can I change my Non-Store Pickup order once it has been submitted?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. So once you hit submit, most orders cannot be changed. However, our customer service may be able to help. Contact us during normal business hours, M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Lenny's ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the United States/US Territories.
How can I track my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please be patient and check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.
Find the shoes and clothing you and your family need and we'll hold them for you at your favorite Lenny’s store, no payment needed. Simply choose Store Pickup at checkout. Reserve up to 5 items per day. As long as the store is open, please allow one (1) hour for us to pick your items and get them ready for you. Stop in and try on your reserved items. We'll hold them until the store closes the next day.
In what stores can I use Store Pickup?
Store Pickup is now available at Lenny’s in Barre, Williston, St. Albans and Plattsburgh.
How long will my reserved items be held in store?
We'll hold the items at the store until the end of the next day.
How many items can I reserve?
You may hold a total of 5 items per day per store.
What price will I pay for the item I reserve for Store Pickup?
You will pay the lowest in-store price for the item. Online-only discount codes will not apply.
Where do I pick up my order?
Once we let you know your order is reserved, just walk into your selected store and tell an associate you reserved an item.
How can I check the status of my Store Pickup order?
You've got a few options! Check your email for all the updates or call the store you choose for Store Pickup and tell them your name and order number.
I want to pick up my entire in-store, but it is not giving me the option. Why?
If all the items in your cart are not in stock in the store you are attempting to pick up from, we cannot offer Store Pickup.
Online Order Returns & Exchanges
What is your online return policy?
We understand that sometimes we change our minds about a purchase, so we try our best to provide options to ensure your satisfaction. All original condition, regular priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date with the completed Return Form. Online order returns beyond 30 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only. Products must be in original condition with all the packing materials, original boxes and tags must be included with the return. Shoeboxes must be placed inside an outer box for shipping. If products do not meet these criteria, a refund may not be issued.
How do I make an online order return?
Simply print and fill out a Return Form, package the item back up and return it to our address: Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel, ATTN: Online Returns, 2121 Essex Road, Williston, VT 05495. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please allow five business days for return processing with refunds going back to the original payment method (your financial establishment may take longer to credit your account).
Can I return an item I bought online to one of your brick and mortar stores?
Yes. All online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase date with a copy of the email order confirmation. Returns beyond 30 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only. Returns without a copy of the email order confirmation will be accepted for store credit only at the most recent sale price. Products must be in original condition with all the packing materials, original boxes and tags must be included with the return.
How do I make an online order exchange?
Our exchange process involves two separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items.
