ST. ALBANS, VT - Lenny's Shoe & Apparel donated dog and cat food to the Franklin County Humane Society on Wednesday morning. This donation was made possible on behalf of Lenny's generous customers.

“All of Lenny's staff in the St. Albans store are big animal lovers and we wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the Franklin County Humane Society,” said Stephen Dudley, Manager at Lenny's. “We went on their website to find a list of items they need to continue caring for the animals. Then we visited the pet store and stocked up!”

“The Humane Society is thankful for the generosity of Lenny's Shoe & Apparel and their awesome customers,” said Rusty Posner, Shelter Director at the Humane Society. "We are a non-profit organization and receive no government funding. The future of the humane society depends totally on caring, generous individuals to ensure its ability to shelter these animals until they can find their rightly deserved loving permanent homes."
